This lock fits all 928s from 1983 through 1995. It attaches to the engine in place of the clutch slave and locks the flywheel. This is needed to to remove (and properly re-torque) the crankshaft bolt. The flywheel lock includes the following features:
Fit and strength tested to over 200 ft-lbs.
Black oxide coating.
Fits all Porsche all 928s from 83 through 95.
With this lock you can position & hold your crankshaft directly at TDC.

Here, you can see the full engagement of the teeth. This is needed to ensure no damage is done to the ring gear.
